This privacy policy applies to Grapplight: Neon Swing Race, published under the Google Play package name com.eccentric.grapplight ("the app").
The app requires no account and no sign-in. Your best times, replays ("ghosts"), unlocked items and settings are stored only on your device. The developer does not operate any server and does not receive this data. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, or in a US state with applicable privacy laws, the app asks for your consent choices through Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can change these choices at any time from the app's settings. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device's Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).

The app is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app has no chat, no social features and no user-generated content.
Data sent to Google for advertising is encrypted in transit. Game data stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app. For advertising data held by Google, use the controls described in Google's privacy policy.
